DEFLASHING MACHINE : HIWA 60 

The HIWA 60 Deflashing machine is used for deburring of parts like rubber washers , O-rings, and so on . Workpieces are placed inside the machine thumbling tank . After closing the machine door , liquified nitrogen are injected into the machine tank . As the temperature falls down , with the contribution of steel balls movement as a result of tank rotation , burres are separated from workpieces . Turning speed and temperature is controlled accurately and system is equipped with inching control system for ease of material discharging .
